The Bride Is Much Too Beautiful

1956, Movie, NR, 90 mins

starstarstarstar
This weak story has France's onetime sex kitten as a top Paris model trying to snare her magazine editor boss. But no matter what she does, Jourdan, a romantic dunce, fails to respond. He has to be hit over the head, so Bardot, at film's conclusion, runs wildly through the woods wearing only a thin negligee. Jourdan takes off after her and slavishly proposes. The only excuse for this sex farce is to have Bardot bounce around in the almost altogether. leave a comment
