Breaking The Waves: Review
A thorny, often brilliant fable about the miraculous powers of faith, sacrifice and unconditional love, from Danish director Lars von Trier. Emily Watson stars as Bess, a simple Scottish woman from a strict Calvinist community who believes she's responsible for the accident that leaves her husband (Stellan SkarsgÄrd) paralyzed from the neck down.
