Hazel O'Connor, briefly famous on the post-punk British "New Wave" pop scene, stars and performs her own songs in this behind-the-scenes look at the record business. London singer Kate (O'Connor) partners professionally and romantically with Danny (Phil Daniels of QUADROPHENIA), who
