Breakfast In Hollywood

1946, Movie, NR, 90 mins

starstarstarstar
Mushy meddler Brenneman stages his daily radio show, this time getting a sailor and a girl together. Three episodes of good deeds with corny gags and hokey antics pull this film apart. Good technical contributions on camera and music. Songs include "If I Had A Wishing Ring" and "It's Better To Be Yourself," the last sung beautifully by Nat "King" Cole. leave a comment
Based on an old radio series with a live audience. It is the story of few of the people who attend the show. Nat King Cole sings.

Based on the old radio series of the same name, we see the lives of several people attending a popular radio show, including a young couple who meet and fall in love at the show. Great musical acts including Nat King Cole and Spike Jones. ZaSu Pitts almost steals the show!
