Boogeyman II

This is the bizarre and wholly self-conscious sequel to THE BOOGEY MAN (see above) wherein director Ulli Lommel attacks the Hollywood system by casting himself as a hack director constantly at odds with his producer. Beginning six months after the first picture ended, the film follows Lacey (again played by Suzanna Love) as she moves from Maryland to Los Angeles to begin a new life. After falling in with the Hollywood crowd, she is encouraged to recall the events of the first film (thus saving money by using up nearly a half an hour of running time with footage from THE BOOGEY MAN).
