If it weren’t for its target audience of fetishists, this B movie’s shallow and inconsistent tone would have a hard time finding even a few interested viewers. It’s strictly for those who are going to enjoy images of women gasping faintly as they're erotically tied up in Shiro Matsumoto’s (Yukijiro Hotaru) ropes. But to their credit, the filmmakers clearly know this.
