The Bofors Gun: Review
A realistic adaptation of McGrath's play as directed by veteran TVer Jack Gold. Warner is a young, indecisive corporal about to take an officer's course. Williamson is a half-mad Irishman who drinks the way Dylan Thomas did before he died of it. Warner's job is to guard the rebel, who wants to humiliate the young man and make certain he will never achieve promotion.
