This filmed record of redneck quartet Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, Ron White and Larry the Cable Guy performing in Denver has a built-in audience of good ol' boys and gals who are guarenteed to whoop and holler over. An amusing behind-the-scenes segment about travel conditions aboard the stars' trailer kicks off this second installment of yee-haw comedy, following the 2003 comedy-concert hit. Family man Bill Engvall starts off the evening by depicting himself as the clueless victim of his wife's moods, examining how non-verbal communication in the bedroom and its misinterpretation can lead to marital friction. Next up, caustic Ron White badmouths whining support groups, pokes fun at the elderly, and puts down Garth Brooks. In addition to comparing sex to a rodeo and admitting to his short fuse about his spouse's incessant phone calls, White gets off some nasty zingers. In third spot, Jeff Foxworthy works the crowd to a fever pitch with his take on TV's Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and his commentary on commercials about pharmaceuticals, whose side effects are worse than the diseases. Bringing the evening to a close, Larry the Cable Guy, a.k.a. Dan Whitney, ups the raunchiness quotient. After explaining why NASCAR shouldn't have sponsorship by cell-phone companies, he regales us with the saga of his malodorous granny. Afterward, the four comedians schmooze with their appreciative audience. Strictly for fans, this concert film lacks the universality of the earlier film.
