It's no masterpiece of erotica, but this sly sex thriller relies on more than coarse bumps and grinds to arouse. A distaff rehash of George Romero's MARTIN, this AC/DC saga builds to a bloody climax while pausing frequently to examine non-traditional forms of making out. Whitney (Monique Parent), a landlady prone to various forms of addictive behavior, offers free room and board to chosen tenants.
