The title
Blood on the Badge should be familiar to fans of the fondly remembered TV police comedy "Barney Miller"; it was the name of a Joseph Wambaugh-type novel penned with great pride by the dapper Detective Harris. The movie BLOOD ON THE BADGE, unfortunately, has nothing to do with
sitcoms except that it provokes several laughs--all unintended.
