In an attempt to find a murderer, Scotland Yard (working with the US State Department) allows the murderer's girl friend to break out of prison, hoping that the girl will lead them to her killer-lover. US-British coproduction contains a few suspenseful moments but fails to build up the
excitement or allow its characters any room for creativity.
