This is the scary version of WHERE WERE YOU WHEN THE LIGHTS WENT OUT--with a bit of THE ANDERSON TAPES mixed in for good measure. Four nuts take over a posh Manhattan apartment building during the NYC blackout. They pillage and sack the place, apartment by apartment, until stopped by police.
