A comedy about a black middle-class family living in the Watts section of LA. Taylor is the wife and mother who becomes fed up with her husband's tyrannical rule. Their three children assimilate to the new black consciousness, and so does Taylor. Before her daughter's wedding, she gets
an Afro and hands hubby a list of demands. He must sign agreement to them or it's goodbye.
