Black Dragons: Review

This bizarre wartime horror/espionage film stars Bela Lugosi as Dr. Melcher Colomb, a Nazi plastic surgeon sent to Japan to give Japanese spies a Caucasian look so they can move about freely while committing their heinous acts of sabotage in the US. The surgery is a success, but the untrustworthy Japanese throw the doctor in the hoosegow to make sure the whole thing stays secret.
