Although it's barely 90 minutes in length, this picture seems much much longer, a good idea that has been talked to death. Birney and Hylands meet, fall in love, and conceive a child. Then they learn that they are half-brother and half-sister. Thirty years ago Turner (Birney's mother) and
Lansing (Hyland's father) had a one-nighter, so the young couple have a father in common. It takes a bit more than a half-hour to learn this, and the rest of the picture becomes an endless debate of whether to abort or not. No shock, no story.
