The Biscuit Eater: Review

Remake of the 1940 classic has a white boy and a black boy together as friends in the backwoods of Georgia. They discover a dog stalking the territory and make hesitant attempts to tame the wild animal. When everybody relaxes, the dog decides to earn his pedigree by winning top honors in a fence-jumping competition. Unfortunately, this movie, for all its charm, lacks the quality production of the original--but if you didn't see that, you'll enjoy this one. leave a comment
