Billy In The Lowlands

This is one of those movies made by a small independent group of people who apparently did it for love. It was done on half a shoestring and, unfortunately, shows it. Fairly standard story of the Bad Boy, the parental problems with the drunken father, and so forth. The only person you may ever see come out of this picture is Tomaszewski, who's quite believable in the title role. Other than that, very little to recommend.
