The Big Shot: Review
This one is almost a remake of a half-dozen other Bogie crime films, loosely plotted and lamely directed by Seiler but with a terrific finale chase patterned after Bogart's mountainous car race in HIGH SIERRA the year earlier. Bogart has just been released from prison. He has no money, no gang, and no girl. Moreover, he has lost his nerve.
