The Big Gusher: Review

Two oilfield roughnecks, Foster and Morris, become independents with Burns, an old-timer who uses a divining rod to find the black gold. Patrick uses her wiles to attempt delaying the drilling as she's in the employ of heavy Vogan. Love triumphs when Patrick falls for Foster and joins his alliance. Fairly standard yarn featuring everything you'd expect in an oilfield story: the fire, the iron pipes breaking loose and threatening the protagonists, lots of punches.
