The frenetic, loud, profane black cop who invaded the posh confines of Beverly Hills the first time around is back, though he is far less engaging this time around. As the film opens, Beverly Hills is undergoing a series of robberies committed by leather-jacketed punks led by Karla Fry (Brigitte Nielsen) and Chip Cain (Dean Stockwell).
