This fairly interesting adventure story begins in Bengazi and winds up in the Sahara. Conte is a Yank with a history not unlike Ric Blaine's in CASABLANCA and McLaglen is a burly Irishman without a single scruple. They team up with Erdman in a search of gold that Arab nomads hid in an old mosque for safekeeping during WW II. Carlson, a British official, and Powers, McLaglen's daughter, also join in the search.
