Beneath The 12-Mile Reef

This is sort of Romeo and Juliet under water. Wagner is the son of Greek diver Roland; Moore is the daughter of WASP diver Boone. They are all in the sponge gathering business, and both families have been at each other for eons. Boone's divers are from Key West and have their own designated (by them) area where they hunt sponges and hook the creatures from the shallows. The Greeks operate out of Tarpon Springs and go much deeper. A battle between clans ensues when Roland poaches in Boone territory.
