The sequel to the popular killer-rat movie WILLARD (1971) picks up right where its predecessor left off, as an army of rats devours its hapless trainer, Willard. With the cops in hot pursuit, the rats hide out in the city sewers and lie low for awhile. The rodents' leader, Ben, surfaces
periodically to hunt for food, and while out on one of his forays he meets young Montgomery, a lonely boy with a heart condition. Ben and Montgomery become fast friends, and a genuinely touching relationship develops between the rat and the boy while Ben's minions stage commando raids on the
surrounding community. As is to be expected, adults just don't understand Montgomery and Ben...
