An extraordinary peformance by Ryan Gosling illuminates this dark tale about a Jewish neo-Nazi skinhead which, believe it or not, is loosely based on a true story. Gosling stars as rabid anti-Semite whose unusual intelligence and articulate hate-speak catch the attention of a neo-Fascist leader (Billy Zane) and his colleague (Theresa Russell) who, unaware of his secret, see him as a future white supremacist demagogue.
