Overlong at 167 minutes, almost completely devoid of plot, and as historically incorrect as one could imagine, BATTLE OF THE BULGE still manages to be a fairly entertaining war picture that glorifies and mythicizes battle in Ultra-Panavision, CinemaScope, and Technicolor.
