Star-studded swimming musical featuring Skelton as a goofy songwriter who is in love with college aquaette Williams. Incredible water dance numbers with Cugat and James kicking out the tunes. Skelton breaks up the dancing with some of his patented comedy bits. The escapist plot, thin as can be, involves a songwriter enrolling at a women's school to be near his wife who is the swimming instructor.
