Base 2, The: Guilty As Charged

Action picture cliches are on parade in this passable sequel to the direct-to-video hit about an undercover military cop. If the big brass suspects rotten apples in the ranks, the Pentagon sends for Lt. John Murphy (Antonio Sabato Jr.). But the gung-ho investigator is disillusioned: A military tribunal acquitted Private Ramirez (Emilio Rivera), the last malefactor he apprehended, and he worries whether his next assignment will lead to a successful prosecution.
