Bars Of Hate

Poor programmer has Terry trying to save her brother, who has been framed, from the electric chair. She gets help from Pollard, an underworld type, and from Toomey, a sympathetic DA. The dialog sounds like the babble of children imitating adults and the criminal heavies are ridiculous, mouthing British accents and dressed to kill. Most of the film presents car, train, and plane chase footage culled from unknown serials. The direction drags and the camerawork seems to be handled by someone with the permanent shakes.
