THE BALTIMORE BULLET is a combination of THE HUSTLER, ROCKY, and about 20 other pictures, but that's okay, because it's sort of fun. Producer-cowriter John F. Brascia, a former ballroom dancer, decided to make this movie about his second love--pool.
