Bahama Passage: Review

Poor drama featuring Hayden as a lonely young islander who falls in love with Madeleine Carroll, the daughter of the man--the other Carroll, Leo G.--hired to manage the business end of the salt mine that is the mainstay of the atoll's economy. While the love-sick couple chase each other on the beach, Carroll's old man has to deal with a native workers' revolt. Nice color photography of the island is the only excuse for this yawner. leave a comment
