A stylish, coolly cynical thriller about sexuality and power in post-Cold War America. Laurence Fishburne is a former CIA agent who sets out to infiltrate the Grimes Organization, a private industrial espionage boutique; he's seduced by a noirish femme fatale (Ellen Barkin) who's got her own agenda.
