Surprisingly complex crime yarn follows Mayo and MacRae as they search for ex-GI pal O'Brien, who is on the lam for a murder he didn't commit. Through a series of flashbacks we see that the insanely jealous big-time gambler Clark has framed O'Brien because the vet had made a pass at his girl, Lindfors. Competent cast and good dialog help make this one better than average. leave a comment
