Incredibly inept gangster comedy about the son of a crook who is made the figurehead of a phony insurance firm by some aging gangsters who want to bring back the old days. Even with the repeal of prohibition, the gang sees a great opportunity to get back in business because the FBI is busy chasing wartime spies and saboteurs.
