Cabot and Karns, a pair of unlikely T-men in search of a tax evader hiding millions, end their search in a mountain lodge (in the tradition but not the elegance of GRAND HOTEL). Here they sift through a goodly batch of suspects while several mysterious murders occur and stock footage of
Idaho ski resorts abounds. The miserable script gives nothing to Cabot's lifeless love affair with Mowery. Karns fails to provide any humor before the pair find the killer and the money. The funniest character in the film is a trained raven walking up and down the lodge bar picking up empty
glasses in its beak. There is an avalanche, but only in stock footage.
