Confusing espionage film set in Greece dealing with the reemergence of a long-believed-dead guerilla leader (Moussou), the "Agathon" of the title, who is planning a new revolution. Interpol agent Woodvine, sent to stop the insidious movement, calls on ex-Interpol agent Minardos for assistance. Dozens of killings and fiery explosions can't hide the fact that the narrative is choppy and terribly convoluted. Strange supporting roles from Van Pallandt and Faithfull. leave a comment
