Handsome gambler Bixby finds himself stuck with three orphaned children in the Old West. Agreeing to a "friendly" marriage with tough female coach driver Clark, the couple escorts the children to their dead father's abandoned gold mine where, as luck would have it, they find a huge lump of the valuable stuff.
