Anne Of The Indies: Review

Peters is a female pirate captain in this unusual swashbuckler. The plot concerns the efforts of French naval officer Jourdan to get his wife and ship back from the British. The British, wanting to end Peters' piracy, blackmail him into leading her into their clutches. Peters escapes and gets revenge on Jourdan by kidnaping his wife. She later softens and helps the couple escape before a big sea battle with Blackbeard. A bit silly, but it moves along at a rapid pace. leave a comment
