Average Naval Academy picture complete with a group of plebes being hazed by the upper-classmen and the one tough punk, Brown, who needs to be taught a lesson. Standing plays an old naval retiree who lives by the college to be near the service which is so dear to his heart. As his last hurrah, Standing dresses in his old uniform and boards the ship he once commanded before it is used for target practice by the Navy. leave a comment
