Ronald Reagan and the Dead End Kids star in this mediocre sequel to the James Cagney classic ANGELS WITH DIRTY FACES. The lame story concerns Thomas, one of the gang, who gets framed as an arsonist. The Dead End Kids set out to clear their pal's name with the help of district attorney O'Neil and his son, Reagan.
