Guardian angel Kemper comes down to earth to help a bunch of kids put on a Broadway show. He persuades a producer to put up the money, but his unorthodox methods cause the head angel in charge of actors-on-high much aggravation. Kemper provides some laughs but, beyond the amusing idea, the film is a let down. leave a comment
