Simple tale of a young boy's desire someday to shepherd the flocks of sheep his family has owned for many generations. Action takes place in New Mexico and suffers somewhat from the lengthy scenes of outdoor dinners and sheep shearing. Cardi is sufficiently wholesome to retain the viewer's interest.
