This mediocre martial-arts film casts genre mainstay Chuck Norris as Sean Kane, a San Francisco cop who quits the police force in order to avenge the murder of his partner by an Asian drug syndicate. If you've seen one of these, you've seen them all. Even Christopher Lee looks uncomfortable with the proceedings.
