An awful production which director Ulmer shot at a Texas state fair to employ amateur futuristic sets then on display. The nothing story has mad scientist Triesault making crook Kennedy invisible so that he may steal radioactive materials the cuckoo doctor requires to continue his bizarre experiments. Kennedy instead opts to use his transparent form in an abortive bank robbery. An ex-military suit comes up with an idea to create an invisible army. To do so, he forces scientist Peter Ulof to develop the technique to turn men invisible. The only catch is that they need nuclear materials. To solve the problem, The Major busts Joey Faust, a safe cracker, out of prison and forces him to volunteer for the invisible procedure. Things, however, do not always go to plan.
