Violent creep Milian kidnaps wealthy Belli and goes on a killing spree until the ransom is paid. Tough cop Silva goes beyond the law and takes care of Milian in his own way, getting sent to prison for his vigilante tactics. Horrible, bloody rip-off of DIRTY HARRY and DEATH WISH that was originally marketed to US audiences as a sci-fi/horror film. leave a comment
