Set in Morocco, this story of intrigue follows Pascal as he seeks vengeance for the murder of a friend. Pretending to be a cashiered officer, he takes on French thugs; then he goes after a gang of thieves headed by a German gambler, falling in love with the gambler's protege, Canale.
