A lighthouse keeper's daughter in love with a society chap is confronted by her angry father who speaks with her about marrying above her station. Dad does his talking to the man with an axe and Philbin answers with a pistol. Very poor, old-fashioned tale relies too heavily on dialogue and extreme situations. Philbin's presence is a curiosity. leave a comment
