An uninspiring little story of a PR man hired by a millionaire to go to Reno to prevent his daughter from marrying an opportunistic gambler. Should the gambler refuse to quit the relationship, the PR man, Lund, has $100,000 in cash from his tycoon employer to use in buying off the bounder. Most of this tiring tale is spent with Lund and Singleton, a lady gumshoe, fending off thieves after the cash. Archer is good as the slick gambler, and so is Greene as the spoiled brat no sane father would keep single. leave a comment
