A weak romantic comedy starring Young as a dashing Navy commander who spots an SOS coming from the shore off San Diego Bay and goes to investigate. What he finds is rowdy youngster Robbins, who was given a signal light to play with by his uncle, Buttons, a commercial airplane pilot. This
