A Guy Could Change

After losing his wife in childbirth, Lane is forced to bring up his daughter alone, but his job on a big newspaper keeps him busy, and he ignores daughter Watts. He meets Frazee who shames him into taking care of his daughter. Dad and little girl make up and are about to make Frazee number three in the family when a convict, who went to the pen because of Frazee's testimony, breaks out. He wants revenge, of course, and follows Frazee with the intention of murder. However, dad saves the day, and they all end up happy.
