A Dangerous Affair: Review
A plodding story set in an outlying suburban police precinct where nothing much happens. Holt is a police lieutenant, and Graves is a district reporter. The two have a relationship of friendly animosity. Mystery arises when a lawyer is murdered after he has read a will to a group of relatives. The two set off in search of the murderer, but it is a long slow walk to a solution.
